You can eat and drink as you normally do, but do not drink alcohol in excess when taking Cialis (for example: 5 glasses of wine, 5 malt beverages, or 5 cocktails/shooters). This combination could increase your chances of getting dizzy or it could lower your blood pressure.

Will I get erections when I don’t want them?

No. You must be sexually excited for Cialis to work. If you take Cialis and are not sexually stimulated, you will not get an erection. Cialis is not a hormone. It is also not an aphrodisiac.
